【TA Recruitment】 Micro-credit of Enterprise Navigation Program ( Micron ), until Dec.12th

 

Target: Tsinghua graduate students only

Necessary Eligibility:

  1. The ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
  2. English proficiency is above average (at least TOEIC 650), and they dare to communicate in English.
  3. Students who are not taking this course.
  4. Must be able to fully cooperate with the company's teaching syllabus and follow the entire course.

※Notice: This course is taught entirely in English, and the class includes foreign industry teachers and foreign students.

Recruitment requirements: Teamwork, carefulness, willingness to share, initiative, contact with people, organizational skills, communication skills, and presentation skills.

Bonus conditions: Experience as a TA in enterprise courses, ability to communicate in Chinese and English, and ability to operate social media, graphic design, and Office software.

Job descriptions:

  1. Must be able to fully cooperate with the company's teaching syllabus and follow the entire course.
  2. Assist in the promotion and implementation of the Enterprise Navigation Program.
  3. Assist teachers in preparing routine pre-class equipment.
  4. Assist with classroom administrative tasks.
  5. Assist in organizing and collecting homework assignments
  6. Serve as a bridge between business leaders and students.
  7. Social media editor (compile the key points of the course and share the experience after class).
  8. Matters not covered in the job description.

Working period: Mar 1st, 2026 - May 31st, 2026

招募身分：限清華在校研究所學生

必要條件：

  1. 能中英雙向溝通
  2. 英文程度中等以上(至少多益650)，並敢於開口使用英文溝通。
  3. 非該堂課程修課學生。
  4. 需能完全配合企業授課時間，且全程跟課。

※課程性質：本課程為全英語授課，課堂含外籍業師、外籍學生。

徵才條件：具團隊合作、細心、樂於分享、主動積極、接觸人群、組織能力、溝通能力、簡報能力。

加分條件：曾擔任企業課程助教經驗者、社群媒體操作、圖文設計、Office軟體操作能力。

招募人數：1名

工作內容：

  1. 需能完全配合企業授課時間，且全程跟課。
  2. 協助企領課程推動與執行
  3. 協助授課教師處理例行課前器材準備。
  4. 協助課堂事務性工作，例如編寫課程公告、設計問卷、紀錄出席狀況…等。
  5. 協助整理與收集課後作業
  6. 擔任企導與學生間橋樑。
  7. 社群媒體小編（彙整課程重點及課後心得分享）。
  8. 其他課程未盡事宜。

工作期間：2026年03月1日-2026年05月31日
