Lottery Draw Guidelines of【Experience Sharing of Working in Taiwan】NTHU Graduates share with you!
活動時間：2024年5月27日(一)中午12:10~13:30
Date： May 27, 2024 (Mon.) 12:10~13:30
活動地點：學習資源中心 圖書館一樓 清沙龍
Location： Idea Hub， First Floor of the Library, MXIC Building (Learning Resource Center)
活動對象 Event Eligibility：
- 限清大在校境外生（本國生及交換生除外），人數上限為70人，請務必攜帶學生證入場。
Limited to a maximum of 70 international students currently enrolled at Tsinghua University (excluding local students and exchange students). Please be sure to bring your student ID for entry.
Each person is limited to one entry in the lucky draw, and prizes must be claimed in person with proper identification.
參加辦法 Participation Guidelines：
- 事先完成網路報名者可以參加活動抽獎及憑卷領取餐點（現場報名無法參加抽獎，亦無餐點）
Participants who complete the online registration in advance can participate in the lucky draw and claim a meal with a voucher. (Onsite registration is not eligible for the lucky draw and does not include a meal.)
- 報名期間：2024/05/02(四)~2024/05/22(三)下午5點止
Registration Date：May 2, 2024 (Thu.) to May 22, 2024(Wed.) until 5 PM.

注意事項 Notice：
- 抽獎時得獎人須在抽獎現場。唱名學號及姓名三次內請上台領獎，並攜帶學生證給工作人員查證，方獲得獎資格；若未完成上述條件，則視同放棄資格，重抽該獎項。
Prize winners must be present at the lottery drawing. Those who are called three times by their name and student ID should come on stage to claim their prize. Prize winners must bring their student ID card for verification by the staff to qualify for the prize. Failure to meet these conditions will be considered as giving up the eligibility, and the prize will be redrawn.
- 領獎時務必持學生證核對身份領取，外籍人士須預扣20%所得稅。
When claiming the prize, you must present your student ID for identity verification. Foreign nationals are subject to a 20% withholding tax
- 本活動為2024年最後一場外籍生說明會，出席者可以參加外籍生職涯護照集點，請把握這次機會並記得攜帶集點護照蓋章。（集點活動說明如下網址）
